摘要
目的:运用文献计量学的方法对国内出院准备度的相关研究进行分析,以探索目前研究热点,为未来发展趋势提供方向。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方医学数据库(WanFang Data)、维普(VIP)国内数据库建库至2020年6月1日的出院准备度文献。运用NoteExpress软件对发文量、期刊进行描述性分析;运用CiteSpace V软件以作者、机构、关键词作为节点进行共现分析,并对关键词进行聚类分析,绘制可视化图谱并解析。结果:共计检索到相关文献685篇,经由2名研究人员进行筛选、斟酌,最终纳入研究文献235篇。发文量呈现快速上升趋势;期刊发文形成核心优势群体;作者、研究机构合作分散、单一;研究热点主要为针对不同疾病病人的出院准备现状的调查研究。结论:目前国内关于出院准备度研究尚处于探索阶段,未来应加强机构、作者之间的合作联系,聚焦病人对出院准备度的体验及干预研究。
Objective:To analyze the domestic research on readiness for hospital discharge by using the method of bibliometrics,in order to explore the current research hotspots and provide the direction for the future development trend.Methods:Literatures on readiness for hospital discharge,were searched from domestic databases,such as CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to June 1,2020.NoteExpress software was used to take a descriptive analysis aimed at the number of articles and periodicals;CiteSpace V software was used to analyze the co-occurrence taking authors,institutions and keywords as nodes.And cluster analysis of keywords was carried out to draw the corresponding visual map and take an illustration.Results:A total of 685 related articles were retrieved.After screening and consideration by two researchers,235 studies were included.The results showed that the number of published papers had increasing rapidly trend;journal published papers formed a core advantage group;the cooperation between authors and research institutions was scattered and single;the research focus was mainly the investigation and research on the current situation of readiness for hospital discharge for patients with different diseases.Conclusion:At present,the domestic researches on readiness for hospital discharge are still in the exploratory stage.The cooperation between institutions should be taken more attention and authors should be strengthened in the future.And patients′experience and intervention researches on readiness for hospital discharge.
