摘要
随着灾难事故发生的频率增加,医务人员在灾害救援中遭受创伤后应激障碍的可能性日益增加。目前国内外对医务人员创伤后应激障碍逐渐重视,但实施的干预较少。我们对医务人员灾后创伤后应激障碍发生现状、应对方式及影响因素等进行综述,旨在为今后的灾害管理及创伤后应激障碍的干预提供参考依据,以期对进一步的研究有所启示。
With the increasing frequency of calamity accidents,the possibility of suffering from post traumatic stress disorder of medical staffs in the disaster relief is increasing. Post traumatic stress disorder of medical staff gradually attracts attention at home and abroad,but the implementation of the intervention is less. In this study,present situation,coping styles and influential factors of post traumatic stress disorder of medical staffs after disasters are reviewed,aiming to provide a reference basis for disaster management and intervention of post traumatic stress disorder in the future,so as to give some enlightenment for further study.
