摘要
目的:观察通心络胶囊联合盐酸美金刚片治疗血管性痴呆患者的效果。方法:选取90例血管性痴呆患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各45例。对照组采用盐酸美金刚片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后脑血流动力学指标水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、大脑中动脉和左右椎动脉平均血流速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊联合盐酸美金刚片治疗血管性痴呆患者可提高治疗总有效率和脑血流动力学指标水平,其效果优于单纯盐酸美金刚片治疗。
Objective:To explore effects of Tongxinluo capsules and Memantine hydrochloride tablets on vascular dementia.Methods:90 patients with vascular dementia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Memantine hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was treated with Tongxinluo capsules on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cerebral hemodynamic index levels before and after the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 80.00%(36/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the average blood flow velocities of the anterior cerebral artery,posterior cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery and left and right vertebral arteries in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Tongxinluo capsules combined with Memantine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of the patients with vascular dementia can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of cerebral hemodynamic indexes.Moreover,it is superior to single Memantine hydrochloride tablets treatment.
