摘要
当前一些师范生实践性知识的发展状况较不理想,导致部分毕业生无法顺利走上工作岗位,阻碍了其专业自主发展。根据实践性知识的发展机制,探析师范生实践性知识欠缺的原因,在此基础上,以教师实践性知识发展为主要取向,提出教师教育课程实施的改革策略:理论课程教学秉持实践取向、引入丰富优质的教育教学案例、强化教育实践环节、重视并强化反思性思维训练。
At present,the practical knowledge development situation of some normal university students is not satisfactory which hinders their employment and independent development.According to the development mechanism of practical knowledge,this paper analyzes the reasons for lack of practical knowledge,and proposes the reform strategies of teachers’education curriculum implementation on the basis of teachers’practical knowledge development as followings:sticking to the practical modes in the process of theoretical curriculum teaching,bringing in high-qualified teaching and education cases,strengthening the practical teaching parts,and laying great emphasis on reflective thinking training.
