摘要
本文主要透过问卷调查法,从运动自身因素、比赛环境和社会效益三个方面,探索导致青少年网球运动员比赛发挥失常的心理致因。研究结果如下:1、影响青少年网球运动员比赛发挥失常的心理状态表现为焦虑水平、情绪波动、社会支持、担忧与无助、兴奋过度和外部干扰六大因子;2、男女青少年网球运动员在比赛中发挥失常的心理致因中的"焦虑水平、情绪波动、社会支持、担忧与无助、兴奋过度和外部干扰"的类型上均没有差异性(p>0.05);3、U14和U16青少年网球运动员在比赛中发挥失常的心理致因的"担忧与无助"类型上存在极其显著性差异(p<0.001),在"焦虑水平"方面存在差异性(p<0.05);4、不同成绩组的青少年网球运动员在导致比赛发挥失常的"焦虑水平"、"情绪波动"和"担忧与无助"的心理致因类型上存在差异(P<0.05)。基于上述结果,提出提高动机水平、发展情绪控制能力、加强注意力、意志品质及竞争力培养等心理技能训练建议。
Through questionnaire survey,this thesis is to investigate the psychological factors resulting in the juvenile tennis players’performance act up in the tennis competitions from three perspectives including the factor of the competitions,environment and the social benefits.The research results are as follows:1.There are six psychological factors resulting in the juvenile tennis players’performance act up in tennis competitions,including anxiety level,mood swings,social support,anxiety and helplessness,overexcitation and external interference.2.There are no significant differences between male and female juvenile tennis players in terms of the types of the factors"anxiety level,mood swings,social support,anxiety and helplessness,overexcitation and external interference"resulting in the juvenile tennis players’performance act up in tennis competitions(p>0.05);3.There are very significant differences between U14 and U16 juvenile tennis players in terms of the types of the factors"anxiety and helplessness"(p<0.001),and significant differences in the factor"anxiety level"(p<0.05).4.There are significant differences for juvenile tennis players with different achievements in terms of the types of the factors"anxiety level","mood swings"and"anxiety and helplessness"(P<0.05).
