摘要
实验研究了各种因素对食品级亚硫酸氢钠与精制氢氧化钠反应的影响。结果表明亚硫酸氢钠溶液浓度260 g/L、反应温度40℃及终点pH值控制在12.0~12.3时,可以得到质量较好、产率较高的药用辅料无水亚硫酸钠产品。该工艺对于生产企业具有一定的参考价值。
The experiments study the impact of various factors on the reaction between food-grade sodium hydrogen sulfite and refined sodium hydroxide.The results demonstrate that Pharmaceutic Adjuvant Anhydrous Sodium Sulfite of good quality and high yield can be obtained when the concentration of sodium hydrogen sulfite solution is 260 g/L,the reaction temperature is 40℃and the terminal pH value is controlled at 12.0~12.3.This technology provides a reference to the production enterprise.
