摘要
根据兰州新区实际气象条件,通过WRF/CALMET模式模拟计算各季节的混合层高度和风速,并基于模拟计算结果,利用A值法计算,同时考虑变动大气环境容量的影响,最终得出兰州新区SO_(2)、NO_(2)和PM103种常规大气污染物的大气环境容量。相比于传统查表计算法,本研究考虑了研究区域的实际大气扩散条件,更加符合局地情况。在全年条件下,SO_(2)环境容量为25.77×10^(4) t/a、NO_(2)环境容量为10.45×10^(4) t/a、PM10环境容量为8.78×10^(4) t/a。计算结果可为兰州新区大气污染物排放总量的控制提供参考和建议。
Based on the actual meteorological conditions of Lanzhou New Area,the WRF/CALMET model was used to simulate the mixed layer height and wind speed in different seasons in Lanzhou New Area,and based on the simulation results,A-value method is used to calculate,with the consideration of the influence of changing atmospheric environmental capacity,the atmospheric environmental capacity of SO_(2),NO_(2) and PM10 in Lanzhou New Area was obtained.Compared with the traditional table lookup method,the actual atmospheric diffusion conditions in the study area are considered,which is more in line with the local situation.On a year-round basis,the environmental capacity of SO_(2) is 25.77×10^(4) t/a,NO_(2) is 10.45×10^(4) t/a and PM10 is 8.78×10^(4) t/a.The results will provide references for the total emission control of air pollutants in Lanzhou New Area.
