摘要
为明确一株拮抗茶炭疽病菌的木霉菌发酵液对茶树幼苗的促生作用,通过盆栽试验,测定不同稀释倍数木霉菌发酵液对茶树幼苗株高、根长、根重,叶绿素总量,MDA摩尔质量浓度以及PPO、POD、PAL等酶活性的影响。结果表明,使用稀释50倍的木霉菌发酵液对茶树幼苗进行灌根处理20 d,茶树幼苗株高、根长、根重增长明显,增幅分别为12.57%、40.40%和61.70%(P<0.05);叶绿素总量明显增加,增幅为14.71%(P<0.05);MDA摩尔质量浓度明显降低,降幅为27.93%(P<0.05);PPO、POD、PAL酶活性增高,增幅分别为31.47%(P<0.05)、10.64%(P<0.05)和4.21%。稀释50倍的木霉菌发酵液,除了具有明显的促生作用,同时也显著增加了茶树幼苗的抗病性。
In order to make clear the growth promoting effect of Trichoderma spp.fermentation broth against Tea Anthracnose on tea seedlings,the effects of different dilution times of Trichoderma spp.fermentation broth on plant height,root length,root weight,total chlorophyll content,MDA molar mass concentration and enzyme activity of PPO、POD、PAL of tea seedlings were determined by pot experiment.The results showed that using 50 times diluted Trichoderma spp.fermentation broth after 20d,the plant height,root length and root weight of tea seedlings were significantly increased by 12.57%,40.4%,61.70%(P<0.05);The total chlorophyll content was significantly increased by 14.71%(P<0.05);The MDA molar mass concentration decreased significantly by 27.93%(P<0.05),and the PPO、POD、PAL enzyme activity increased by 31.47%(P<0.05),10.64%(P<0.05)and 4.21%,respectively.The 50 times diluted Trichoderma spp.fermentation broth not only has obvious growth promoting effect,but also increases the disease resistance of tea seedlings.This experiment lays a theoretical foundation for the development and utilization of new biological agents of Trichoderma spp.and the green development of tea industry.
