摘要
目的:了解大学生的性与生殖健康知识和自我效能的现状,为高校科学、有效地开展性与生殖健康教育提供理论依据。方法:依据健康信念模式(Health Belief Model,HBM),自行设计问卷,通过分层整群抽样方法对1775名赣州市某高校在校大学生进行匿名问卷调查。采用t检验、方差分析、χ^(2)检验和Logistic回归分析方法处理调查数据。结果:大学生性与生殖健康知识得分较低,及格率为67.21%,女生得分高于男生,医学生得分高于非医学生,高年级得分高于低年级,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);大学生对避孕措施名称知晓情况良好,但对其效果信任度不高,医学生对避孕措施名称知晓率及对避孕措施效果信任度高于非医学生(P<0.01);Logistic回归分析结果显示:女生、大四年级、正谈恋爱、接受过性与生殖健康教育、每月生活费高的学生更乐意做好安全的性行为和生殖卫生。结论:大学生性与生殖健康知识较匮乏,积极的自我效能有待进一步提高,高校应积极推进性教育工作,对不同人群采取针对性、有效性的教育方案,增强大学生性责任感,保障大学生的身心健康。
Objective:To understand the current status of knowledge and self-efficacy of college students on sexual and reproductive health,and provide theoretical basis for scientific and effective sexual and reproductive health education in college.Methods:Based on the health belief model(HBM),an anonymous questionnaire was designed and then used in a sample of 1,775 students selected by a stratified cluster sampling method from a university in Ganzhou.T-tests,analysis of variation,χ^(2)tests and logistic regression analysis methods were applied to analyze the data.Results:College students have lower scores of sexual and reproductive health knowledge,passing rate was 67.21%,and girls score was higher than boys,medical students score higher than non-medical students,senior grade score was higher than the lower grade,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).College students know the name of contraceptive measures well,but their trust in the effect was not high,medical students know the name of contraceptive measures and trust the effect of contraceptive measures were higher than non-medical students,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that girls,seniors,those falling in love,having received sexual and reproductive health education,those living on a high monthly living expense were more likely to be willing to do safe sex and reproductive health.Conclusion:The knowledge of sexual and reproductive health of college students was scarce,the positive self-efficacy needs to be further improved.Active promotion in sex education and effective edu⁃cation programs for specific people,should be in need to enhance people’s sexual responsibility and finally ensure their physical and mental health.
