摘要
通过收集并整合来自多个信息系统的结直肠癌原始病历数据,建立结肠癌临床数据库系统,实现医疗数据统一和标准化管理。优化了以往临床科研时从各个信息系统查询病历和影像资料的传统方式,为科研人员提供了高质量的科研数据,提高医院科研质量。笔者介绍了临床数据库的实现方法,并对使用时遇到的难点进行探讨。
The clinical database system collects original medical records of colorectal cancer from multiple information systems. The database is used to unify and standardize medical data. It upgrades the traditional mode of inquiring medical records and imaging data from various systems in clinical research. It also provides researchers with high quality medical data and improves the quality of scientific research in hospitals. This paper introduces the realization of the medical database, and discusses the difficulties during the application.
