摘要
重型拖拉机一般采用履带代替车轮行走,具有较好的平稳性,但其转向性能较差。为此,将双功率流转向装置引入到履带式拖拉机转向系统的设计上,并对其转弯性能进行仿真模拟,以实现转向系统的优化设计。采用MatLab软件仿真模拟工具箱建立了转向系统的模型,为了使仿真结果与实际情况更加接近,采用RecurDyn软件提供动力学辅助模拟。最后,对模型进行了计算,结果表明:采用MatLab仿真计算可以成功得到履带拖拉机的转向效率结果,并对比分析双功率流和非双功率流的转向特性,为履带拖拉机转向系统的优化设计提供了重要的数据支持。
The heavy-duty tractor equipment generally uses the track instead of the wheel to walk, which has good stability,but its steering performance is poor.Therefore,it introduced the dual power flow reversing device into the design of the steering system of the track tractor, and it simulated its turning performance to realize the optimal design of the steering system.In order to make the simulation results more close to the actual situation, it use RecurDyn software to provide dynamic simulation.Finally, the model is calculated.The results show that the steering efficiency of crawler tractor can be obtained by MATLAB simulation.It compared the steering characteristics of dual power flow with non dual power flow,the results provides important data support for the optimal design of the steering system of crawler tractor.
