摘要
为了提高农机产品的设计效率、缩短设计周期、降低设计成本,将基于智能制造的数字化方法引入到了农机产品的设计上,并采用大数据云平台技术为数字化虚拟设计和虚拟制造提供了存储和计算平台,从而实现了虚拟设计和制造的大数据存储和高速度仿真计算。以农机零部件的虚拟加工仿真为例,对比了单台计算机和云平台的设计计算效率,结果表明:采用云平台技术可以明显提高计算效率,进一步缩短设计周期,降低设计生产成本。
In order to improve the design efficiency of agricultural machinery products, shorten the design cycle and save the design cost, it introduced the digital method based on intelligent manufacturing into the design of agricultural machinery products. And it used the big data cloud platform technology to provide a storage and computing platform for digital virtual design and virtual manufacturing, thus realizing the big data storage and high-speed simulation of virtual design and manufacturing true calculation. Taking the virtual machining simulation of agricultural machinery parts as an example, it compared the design and calculation efficiency of single computer and cloud platform. From the comparison results, it can significantly improve the calculation efficiency by using cloud platform technology, further shorten the design cycle and reduce the design and production cost.
