水培奶油生菜采收装置的设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 目前,设施水培生菜的采收主要以人工采收的方式完成,面临劳动强度大、工作枯燥费时等问题。为此,以水培奶油生菜为试验对象,针对水培生菜的种植特点,提出了一种新型的保留生菜部分主根的采收方式。根据采收装置要实现的功能要求,分别从输送定植板机构、切割根部机构、拔取搬运生菜机构和PLC控制系统等进行采收装置的关键零部件设计,并根据总体设计方案完成装置的试制和试验。试验结果表明:装置能顺利完成输送定植板,切割根部的成功率为82%,拔取搬运生菜的成功率为85%,采收效率较人工采收提高近3倍,具有良好的市场前景。 At present, the harvesting of hydroponic lettuce in facilities is mainly done by manual harvesting, which often faces the problems of labor intensity,boring and time-consuming.In this study, the hydroponic cream lettuce was taken as the experimental object.According to the planting characteristics of hydroponic lettuce, a new harvesting method was proposed to retain part of the main roots of lettuce.According to the functional requirements of the harvesting device, the key parts of the harvesting device were designed from the conveying planting plate mechanism,root cutting mechanism, lettuce extraction and handling mechanism and PLC control system, and the trial production and test of the device were completed according to the overall design scheme.The results show that the device can successfully transport the planting plate, the success rate of cutting roots is 82%,the success rate of picking and transporting lettuce is 85%, and the harvesting efficiency is nearly three times higher than that of manual harvesting. Therefore, the trial production of the device has a good market prospect.
