摘要
试验研究喷浆玉米皮在生产加工过程中内源基因、外源基因的降解情况研究,找出最佳检测方案,提高喷浆玉米皮饲料产品转基因成分检测的准确度。结果显示,生产加工过程中,pH值对喷浆玉米皮内、外源基因影响很大,酸浸过程对玉米核酸的破坏作用很大,影响Ct值。试验表明,利用数字PCR技术进行饲料转基因成分痕量检测,可以定性检测转基因成分,定量检测出DNA含量。
The experiment studied the degradation of endogenous and exogenous genes in the process of production and processing of corn gluten feed, so as to find out the best detection scheme and improve the accuracy of detecting transgenic components of feed products such as corn gluten feed. The results showed that during the production and processing process, the pH value had a great influence on the internal and external genes of the sprayed corn husk, and the acid leaching process had a great effect on the corn nucleic acid damage, thus affecting the Ct value. The experiment indicates that the use of digital PCR technology for trace detection of genetically modified feed ingredients can qualitatively detect the ingredients and quantitatively detect the DNA content of genetically modified feed.
