摘要
目的:分析人性化护理在无痛人工流产手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年4月在康平县公立中医院接受无痛人工流产手术的60例患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,随机将其分为两组——观察组和常规组(每组30例)。常规组患者接受常规护理措施,观察组采用人性化护理,对比两组患者的出血时间、出血量、不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组的出血时间短于常规组,且出血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为3.3%,显著低于常规组(30.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度(96.67%)高于常规组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在无痛人工流产手术中,采用人性化护理,能够缩短出血时间、减少出血量及不良反应发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in painless induced abortion.Methods:A total of 60 patients with painless induced abortion in Kangping County Public Hospital of TCM from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into two groups-the observation group and the conventional group(30 cases in each group).The patients in the conventional group received routine nursing measures,while the observation group adopted humanized nursing.The bleeding time,bleeding volume,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The bleeding duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the bleeding volume was less than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.3%,which was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(30.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the conventional group(76.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can shorten the time of artificial abortion and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the operation.
