摘要 轮毂轴承是汽车前后桥上重要的零件之一,它通过传递载荷和本身的旋转运动,实现汽车的正常行驶。某汽车行驶到2-3万公里左右时,多辆车出现前轴轮毂轴承异响、松旷的不良反馈。通过对故障车辆的相关零部件进行失效分析,发现故障是轮毂轴承出现疲劳失效引起,又经过对轮毂轴承分别在标载和超载状态下行驶寿命计算,前轴系统刚度有限元分析,以及轴承关键项目的型式试验鉴定,确定失效一是前轴及轮毂轴承过载,二是轮毂轴承本身质量不合格造成。 The wheel hub is one of the important parts on the front and rear axles of the truck.It transmits the load and its own rotary motion to achieve the normal driving of the truck.When a truck travels 20,000 to 30,000 kilometers,multiple truck experience unusual noise and loose feedback from the front axle hub.throungh the failure analysis of the related parts of the faulty vehicle,it was found that the failure was cused by fatigue failure of the wheel bearing.after a finite element analysis of the stiffness of the front axle system,thewheel hub axle was calculated for driving life under standard and overload conditions,and the test of the key project confirmed that the failure was csused by overload of the front axle and hub bearings,and the failure of the hub bearings itself.
