2012年,微商依托微信的朋友圈功能诞生。它作为一种新的电商模式如雨后春笋般迅速发展壮大,并具有成为一种新型经济方式的趋势。但随着这一模式的深入发展,一些消费者的权益不断地被日益暴露的不规范经营行为所损害。2018年8月31日,《中华人民共和国电子商务法》作为一项协助政府有效调整以数据电文为交易手段通过互联网而产生的各种商事.交易关系的法律规范正式通过,它将严格规范包括微商在内的所有电子商务经营者的经营行为。
In 2012,wechat was born relying on wechat's circle of friends function.As a new e-commerce model,it has sprung up rap-idly and has the trend of becoming a new economic mode.But with the further development of this model,some consumers'rights and interests are constantly being damaged by the increasingly exposed nonstandard business practices.On August 31,2018,the E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China was officially passed as a legal norm to assist the government to effectively adjust various commercial transaction relationships generated through the Internet by means of data messages.It will strictly regulate the business behaviors of all e-commerce operators,including micro businesses.
