环境规制对我国制造业经济增长的影响--基于行业碳排放分类

摘要 基于我国制造业2010~2017年的数据,运用面板数据模型对环境规制于我国制造业的“波特假说”进行验证。首先,基于行业能源消耗计算行业的碳排放,将我国制造业划分为高、中、低碳排放行业;其次,分别运用固定效应模型和系统GMM模型对三类制造业进行回归分析。研究结论如下:系统GMM模型表明环境规制对三类制造业的经济增长影响呈U型;三类制造业的环境规制强度“拐点”不同并且都没有到达“拐点”。 Based on the data of China's manufacturing industry from 2010 to 2017,the Porter hypothesis of environmental regulation on China's manufacturing industry is verified by using the panel data model.Firstly,the carbon emissions of China's manufacturing industry are calculated based on the energy consumption of the industry,and China's manufacturing industry is divided into high,medium and low carbon emission industries.Secondly,the fixed effect model and the system GMM model are respectively used for the regression analysis of the three types of manufacturing industries,and the conclusions are as follows:the system GMM model shows that the impact of env ironmental regulation on the economic growth of the three types of manufacturing industries is Ushaped;the three types of manufacturing industries have different inflection points of environmental regulation intensity and none of them have reached the inflection point.
