摘要
目的:观察“一病一品”护理模式对心力衰竭患者的干预效果。方法:将2020年1月—12月本院收治的157例心力衰竭患者作为观察组,对其采取“一病一品”护理干预;将本院2019年1月—12月收治的157例心力衰竭患者作为对照组,对其采取常规护理干预。以临床疗效、心功能指标、临床症状改善时间、护理满意度为评定指标,对两组不同护理干预的效果进行比较。结果:干预后,两组总有效率比较,观察组(95.54%)高于对照组(82.80%);两组心功能指标比较,观察组高于对照组;两组心率恢复正常时间、水肿消失时间和气喘消失时间比较,观察组均短于对照组;两组护理满意度比较,观察组(93.63%)高于对照组(78.34%),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心力衰竭患者予以“一病一品”护理,能取得较好疗效,有助于改善患者心功能指标,促进机体恢复,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of"one disease,one product"nursing mode in patients with heart failure.Method:157 patients with Heart Failure in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were regarded as the observation group,and they were given"one disease,one product"nursing intervention.157 patients with Heart Failure in our hospital from January to December of 2019 were regarded as control group,and routine nursing intervention was taken.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function index,clinical symptom improvement time and nursing satisfaction were used to analyze the effect of different nursing.Result:The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group were 82.80%and 95.54%respectively,the former was lower than the latter;in the comparison of cardiac function indicators,after the intervention,the data score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;in the comparison of clinical symptom improvement time,the observation group had shorter time for heart rate recovery,edema disappearance and asthma disappearance than that of the control group;nursing satisfaction statistics The former was lower than the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing mode of"one disease,one product"for patients with Heart Failure can achieve better therapeutic effect,help to improve the cardiac function indexes of patients,promote the recovery of the body,and improve nursing satisfaction.
