摘要
目的探究小剂量地佐辛联合丙泊酚在小儿浅表手术中的应用效果。方法80例行浅表手术的患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予氯胺酮联合丙泊酚,观察组给予小剂量地佐辛联合丙泊酚。对比两组患儿麻醉起效时间、手术时间、术中出血量、麻醉时间、意识恢复时间,患儿麻醉诱导期合作量表(ICC)评分、疼痛程度评分及家长满意度量表(CSQ)评分,患儿等待手术时(T1)、麻醉诱导时(T2)的呼吸、心率、收缩压、舒张压,患儿气管插管率及并发症发生率。结果两组患儿麻醉起效时间、手术时间、麻醉时间及术中出血量对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组意识恢复时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组T2时的ICC评分、疼痛程度评分均低于对照组,CSQ评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组T1时的收缩压、舒张压、呼吸、心率水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组T2时的收缩压、舒张压、呼吸、心率水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组气管插管率5.00%、并发症发生率2.50%均低于对照组的35.00%、15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量地佐辛联合丙泊酚应用于小儿浅表手术中,能够降低气管插管率及相关并发症,提高患儿合作程度及家长满意度,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the practical effect of low-dose dezocine combined with propofol in superficial surgery in children.Methods A total of 80 children undergoing superficial surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ketamine and propofol,and the observation group was treated with low-dose dezocine and propofol.The anesthesia onset time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,consciousness recovery time,induction compliance checklist(ICC)score,pain score,client satisfaction questionnaire(CSQ)score,respiratory rate,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure waiting for surgery(T1)and anesthesia induction(T2),and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in anesthesia onset time,operation time,anesthesia time and intraoperative blood loss between the two group(P>0.05).The consciousness recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At T2,the ICC score and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and CSQ score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At T1,there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,respiratory rate and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At T2,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,respiratory rate and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tracheal intubation rate 5.00%and incidence of complications 2.50%of the observation group were lower than 35.00%and 15.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of low-dose dezocine and propofol can reduce tracheal intubation rate and relat
