摘要
在总结绿色农房建设和城镇老旧小区改造发展现状的基础上,系统梳理分析中央及各省份印发的关于农房建设和城镇老旧小区改造的相关政策和技术文件,提出若在这两类工程领域全面推进绿色建材应用,预测出可直接或间接拉动内需市场规模,并提出具体实施的政策建议。
On the basis of summarizing the development status of green rural housing construction and the transformation of old ur⁃ban communities,this article systematically combs and analyzes the relevant policies and technical documents issued by the cen⁃tral government and various provinces on the construction of rural housing and the transformation of old urban communities.The application of green building materials has been comprehensively promoted in the field of similar engineering,predicted that it can directly or indirectly stimulate the domestic demand market,and put forward specific policy recommendations for implementation.
