焙烧工艺参数对淤泥烧结砖性能的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国河湖众多,但淤泥的富集对河湖水环境造成严重影响。利用淤泥制备绿色建材,是重要的发展方向之一。以淤泥:金尾矿=80%:20%(重量比)制备烧结砖小样,其成型和干燥性能良好,焙烧温度为1010℃。利用正交试验研究工艺参数对烧结砖试件性能的影响,结果表明:最佳烧成制度为干燥速率15℃/h,烧成速率150℃/h,保温时间60min,其试件的干燥收缩率为4.10%,烧成收缩率0.20%,吸水率为18%,抗压强度可达15.6MPa,且均未出现石灰爆裂。试件的干燥收缩与烧成收缩均较小,各因素对吸水率的影响也较小,对抗压强度的影响较大,影响抗压强度的因素的主次顺序为:保温时间>烧成速率>干燥速率。 The sludge: gold tailings = 80%:20%(weight ratio) is used to prepare a sample of fired brick, which has good molding and drying properties, and the firing temperature is 1010℃. Orthogonal experiment is used to study the influence of process parameters on the properties of fired brick specimens. The results show that the best firing system is the drying rate of 15℃/h, the firing rate of 150℃/h, and the holding time of 60 min. The drying shrinkage of the specimens The rate is 4.10%, the firing shrinkage rate is 0.20%, the water absorption rate is 18%, the compressive strength can reach 15.6 MPa, and there is no lime bursting. The drying shrinkage and firing shrinkage of the test piece are small, and the influence of various factors on the water absorption is also small, and the impact on the compressive strength is greater. The primary and secondary order of the factors affecting the compressive strength is: holding time > firing rate > drying rate.
