摘要
乌弄龙水电站地处三江并流腹地的澜沧江峡谷,大坝为碾压混凝土重力坝。坝体防渗质量管控不好会出现绕坝渗漏、坝后渗水、坝基渗水超标等异常渗水,对大坝结构稳定、坝后永久面施工形象面貌及坝基集水井抽排水造成影响。乌弄龙大坝施工过程中,通过合理选择混凝土标号分区及坝体分缝止水设计,选用合理的混凝土层间间隔时间、及时铺筑层间结合面砂浆、加强防渗区混凝土施工加浆及振捣、严控两岸边坡绕坝渗流、接缝灌浆等质量控制,坝前涂刷环氧胶泥及回填黏土铺盖延长渗径等措施,经蓄水后联合检查,坝基廊道、坝后永久坝面及两岸绕坝渗流均未发现渗水现象,施工质量控制较好,防渗措施控制到位。
The dam of Wunonglong Hydropower Station is a RCC gravity dam.Improper quality control of dam anti-seepage will lead to abnormal seepage such as seepage around the dam,seepage behind the dam and excessive seepage of dam foundation,which will affect structural stability of the dam,permanent surface behind the dam and pumping and draining of water collecting wells on the dam foundation.During the construction of Wunonglong Dam,the zoning of concrete marking and the design of joint sealing of dam body are reasonably selected.Quality control measures such as reasonable interval,timely mortar laying,concrete grouting and vibration strengthening in impervious area,strict control of seepage around dam on both sides of slope,joint grouting are adopted,and measures such as applying epoxy cement before dam and extending seepage diameter by backfilling clay cover are taken.After joint inspection after impounding,seepage is not found in gallery of dam foundation,permanent dam face behind dam and seepage around dam on both sides.Construction quality control is good and seepage prevention measures are in place.
