摘要
为消除定子在吊装、调整过程中产生局部变形,从而形成内应力,危害机组长周期安全稳定运行,乌弄龙水电站定子采用机坑内一次性定位完成,不做二次调整的安装方式进行。定子在机坑内一次性定位,重点为测量基准点的设置及保护,设置完成后在整个施工过程中,不得碰撞基准点,且做好原始数据记录。因为每次测量、校核、验收均需用基准点复测中心柱尺寸,进而得出设备实际安装数据。
Local deformation of stator will occur during lifting and adjustment,which will cause internal stress and endanger safe and stable operation of unit for a long period.To solve this problem,the stator of Wunonglong Hydropower Station is installed by one-time positioning in the pit without secondary adjustment.The key point of stator disposable positioning in the pit is setting and protecting the measuring datum point.After setting,the datum point must not be collided and the original data should be recorded during the whole construction process.For each measurement,check and acceptance,the dimension of the center pillar should be retested with reference point,and the actual installation data of the equipment can be obtained.
