摘要 文章与塑钢材质顶盖性能进行了比较,设计1款符合轻量化且性能优良的电池包顶盖。采用仿真手段不断修正设计模型,并考虑钣金回弹工程经验,合理布置孔位公差,初步完成符合要求的设计模型。对顶盖模型进行了冲压仿真计算,模型冲压后质量分布均匀,得到符合设计要求的冲压参数。在制造过程中出现异常,与仿真结果有一定出入,经过改进冲压工艺,不断优化冲压参数、改进方法,使产品得到了一定的改善。 The performance of the top cover was compared with the plastic steel,and a lightweight and excellent performance of the top cover of the battery pack was designed.Simulation method was used to constantly revise the model,and considering the experience of sheet metal rebound engineering,the reasonable arrangement of Screw hole location tolerance,and the preliminary completion of the design model meeting the requirements.The stamping simulation calculation of the top cover model was carried out.The quality distribution of the model was uniform after stamping,and the stamping parameters meet the design requirements were obtained.Abnormal in the manufacturing process,and the simulation results had a certain difference,after improving the stamping process,and constantly optimize the stamping parameters,the product has been improved.
