摘要
针对粗粒土填料的细观组构特性,采用X-ray CT、图像处理技术对粗粒土填料进行精准三维重构,分析颗粒与孔隙的细观空间分布特征。通过计算孔隙率与实测孔隙率的差别,验证了CT定量分析路基填料的内部组构特性的适用性;粗粒土填料试件顶部的孔隙率明显提升,而试件中下部位孔隙率相对较低;颗粒形状越不规则,颗粒破碎效应越明显;粗粒土填料高压实度下会使得内部孔隙分布更加均匀,颗粒均处于水平排列,进而内部会存在更稳定的骨架结构。该方法可为粗粒土细观结构分布表征以及三维立体化建模提供基础。
According to the meso-structure characteristics of coarse-grained soil filling,X-ray CT and image processing technology were used to reconstruct the coarse-grained soil filling accurately,and the meso-spatial distribution characteristics of particles and pores were analyzed.Through the difference between calculated porosity and measured porosity,the applicability of CT quantitative analysis of internal structural fabric characteristics of subgrade filling was verified.The porosity of the top part of the coarse-grained soil filling was obviously increased,while the porosity of the middle and lower part of the sample was relatively low.The more irregular the particle shape was,the more obvious the particle breakage effect would be.Under the condition of high-pressure compactness,the internal pore distribution of coarse-grained soil filling would be more uniform,and the particles would be arranged horizontally,and then there would be a more stable skeleton structure inside.This method could provide the basis for the characterization of coarsegrained soil meso-structure distribution and three-dimensional modeling.
