摘要
以Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O,Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O,2-甲基咪唑为原料,利用水热法制备了Ce,C功能化ZnO复合材料(Ce-ZnO@C)。利用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),拉曼(Raman),紫外-可见光(UV-vis),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等测试方法对合成材料进行了表征,结果表明:Ce-ZnO@C为球形、具有典型ZnO结构,材料内C与Zn,O形成了稳定的C-O,C=O,C-Zn键,Ce引入有利于C-Zn键形成。可见光催化结果表明,Ce,C功能化ZnO材料对罗丹明B(RhB)溶液催化降解效率均高于Ce,C单独功能化ZnO的,因为Ce-ZnO@C对可见光利用率较高,其内部容易形成较多的稳定碳键,这些碳键有利于光生电子与空穴的分离。
Using Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6 H_(2)O,Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6 H_(2)O,2-methylimidazole as raw materials,Ce and C functionalized ZnO(Ce-ZnO@C)was synthesized via hydrothermal method in this study.The resulted materials were characterized by XRD,SEM,Raman,UV-vis,XPS techniques and results show that Ce-ZnO@C with spherical morphology has a typical ZnO structure,that stable C-O,C=O,C-Zn bonds are formed in the resulted materials,and that the introduction of Ce is benefit for the formation of C-Zn bond.The visible photocatalysis results illustrate that the photocatalytic efficiency of ZnO functionalized with Ce and C is higher than that of ZnO functionalized with Ce or C due to the better absorption of visible light of Ce-ZnO@C and the formation of stable carbon bonds in Ce-ZnO@C,resulting in effective separation of photoelectrons and holes.
