摘要
目的系统性评价优质中西医结合护理在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的带状疱疹患者60例,入组病例均通过信封法随机分组,对照组30例应用常规护理措施,试验组30例应用优质中西医结合护理措施,观察2组患者护理前后VAS疼痛评分、皮损严重指数及临床护理满意度变化情况。结果护理后,试验组VAS疼痛评分、皮损严重指数、临床护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质中西医结合护理方案结合了中医学辨证施护与西医常规护理的优势,具有高效、优质、针对性强的特点,减轻患者心理压力,临床护理满意度优异,值得临床推广。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of high-quality integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on patients with herpes zoster. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups: control group( 30 cases) received routine nursing measures and experimental group( 30 cases) received high-quality integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures. VAS,skin damage index and satisfaction were observed. Results The VAS,skin damage index and clinical nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The high-quality integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing scheme combines the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing and conventional Western medicine nursing,and formulates efficient,high-quality,targeted nursing plan measures,to reduce the psychological pressure of patients,clinical nursing satisfaction is excellent,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
