摘要
[目的]筛选防治玉米大斑病的有效药剂,为病害防治提供理论依据。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法,测定10种杀菌单剂和5种混剂对玉米大斑病菌的抑制作用,选择效果较好的药剂进行田间试验。[结果]10种杀菌单剂中丁香菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯、戊菌唑、戊唑醇和氟硅唑对玉米大斑病菌的EC_(50)值分别为0.033、0.068、0.042、0.093、0.025 mg/L,抑菌效果较好。丁香菌酯和戊唑醇的质量比为1∶3时,EC_(50)值为0.034 mg/L,增效值为4.99,表明2种药剂按1:3混配后表现为很好的增效作用。田间药效结果表明:丁香菌酯+戊唑醇1∶3(45+135 g a.i./hm^(2))时,对玉米大斑病的防效可达84.09%。[结论]丁香菌酯和戊唑醇二元混配对防治玉米大斑病具有增效作用,可有效控制病害发生,为农业生产提供科学指导。
[Aims]This study aims to screen outthe effective agents for the prevention and control of corn leaf spot disease and to provide a theoretical basis for disease prevention and control.[Methods]The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the inhibitory effects of 10 single bactericidal agents and 5 mixtures on the pathogen of corn leaf spot pathogen,and the agents with better effects were selected for field trials.[Results]Among the 10 bactericidal agents,the EC_(50) values of syringomyzin,pyraclostrobin,penconazole,tebuconazole and flusilazole against Setosphaeriaturcicaare 0.033,0.068,0.042,0.093 and 0.025 mg/L,respectively.When the mass ratio of syringostrobin and tebuconazole is 1:3,the EC_(50) is 0.034 mg/L,and the synergistic value is 4.99,it showedthat the two medicaments have a good synergistic effect after being mixed according to 1:3.The field efficacy results showed that:when syringomycin+tebuconazole 1:3(45+135 g a.i./ha),the control effect of corn leaf spot disease could reach 84.09%.[Conclusions]The binary mixed pair of syringomycin and tebuconazole has a synergistic effect for control of corn leaf spot disease,it can effectively control the occurrence of diseases and provide scientific guidance for agricultural production.
