摘要
为了降低汽车接合螺栓冷成形载荷,利用Box-Behnken法设计了以冲压速度、摩擦系数、冲头凸台外侧斜角和冲头凸台侧壁长度的四因素三水平试验。以成形载荷为响应目标,获得不同工艺参数下接合螺栓成形载荷的响应模型。通过响应模型和Deform-3D仿真相结合的方法,对影响成形载荷的工艺参数进行优化分析。获得了最优组合参数:凸台外侧斜角10.57°、凸台侧壁长度1.70 mm、成形速度3.64 mm/s、摩擦系数0.13。在最优参数下有效降低了接合螺栓的冷成形载荷。
In order to reduce the cold forming load of automobile joint bolts,the four-factor three-level test based on stamping speed,friction coefficient,lateral angle of punch and length of side wall of punch was designed by using Box-Behnken method.Taking the forming load as the response target,the response model of the forming load under different process parameters was obtained.By combining the response model with Deform-3 D simulation,the process parameters affecting the forming load were optimized and analyzed.The optimal combination parameters were obtained.The optimal parameters are the lateral angle of the punch of 10.57°,the length of side wall of the punch of 1.70 mm,the forming speed of3.64 mm/s,and the friction coefficient of 0.13.The cold forming load of the joint bolt is reduced effectively under the optimal parameters.
