Experimental study on mechanical performance enhancement of glulam superposed bracket set with cross-laminated timber

摘要 为研究正交胶合木(CLT)增强叠木斗栱受力性能的作用效果,设计了3种不同布置方式的CLT木枋来替换原层板胶合木第一层横枋,研究其平面内受压的增强效果。结果表明:更换CLT后横枋易发生沿木材纤维的剪切破坏,分析了破坏特征及受力机制,其中两侧沿受压方向为顺纹板增强效果最佳,其极限承载力较未增强试件提高约19.15%。 In order to study the effect of cross-laminated timber(CLT)to enhance the mechanical performance of bracket set,three orthogonal glulam wooden beams with different layouts are designed to replace the first horizontal beam of the original laminated glulam.The reinforcement effect of in-plane compression is studied.Experiment results show that shear failure occurs in the cross beam along grain after replaing by CLT.By analyzirg the failure nodes and mechanical properties,it shows that the reinforcement effect is best for the along-grain board of both sides when compressed,with ultimate bearing capacity increasing about 19.15%than that of the unreinforced specimen.
