去应力退火处理方法在黄化机搅拌器制造上的分析与应用

摘要 阐述了搅拌器工作原理及其制造工艺。结合实际使用情况,针对黄化机搅拌器开裂问题,进行初步分析,认为搅拌器开裂原因在于采用的振动去应力措施没有彻底消除焊接应力。采用常规焊接和去应力退火处理两种方法制作焊接接头试验件,并分别进行了金相组织检测和硬度分析。结果表明,去应力退火处理有利于消除焊接应力。通过工艺攻关,将去应力退火工艺批量应用在黄化机搅拌器的制造上,在黄化机搅拌器稳定运行3年后进行了渗透检测。检测发现,其主轴各焊接区域一切正常,未发现开裂。 In this paper,the working principle and manufacturing technology of the agitator were expounded in view of the cracking problem of the agitator of xanthator.According to the actual use,it was preliminarily judged that the cracking reason of the agitator was that the vibration stress removal measures did not completely eliminate the welding stress.By making conventional welding and de-stress annealing,two different welding joints metallographic structure test and hardness analysis were carried out respectively.The results showed that the stress annealing treatment was beneficial to eliminate the welding stress.The stress relief annealing process was applied to the manufacture of the agitator of the xanthator in batch.The penetrant test was carried out after the agitator had been in stable operation for 3 years.It was found that all welding areas of the spindle were normal and no cracks were found.
