摘要
为解决现有中低压项目可研评审工作中存在的可研资料规范性较差、可研资料版本混乱、重复性工作耗时严重、方案评审深度不足等问题,依托信息化手段,设计了一套中低压配电网项目可研评审管理系统。该系统融入了智能批量审查功能,实现了线下评审线上化,可提高评审工作的质量和效率。
In order to solve the problems that commonly exist in the feasible evaluation work of medium and low voltage distribution network projects,such as the poor standardization of the feasible data,the confusion of the edition of the feasible data,the time consumption in repetitive work and the insufficient depth of the program evaluation,the feasible evaluation management system for medium and low voltage distribution network projects is designed based on the information technologies.The system integrates the intelligent batch review function and realizes on-line evaluation,which can improve the quality and efficiency of the evaluation work.
