摘要
阐述了一种特殊的非常规类自制斜楔的结构设计,反向倒翻式斜楔机构设计,解决了在狭小空间内同时上下翻边的问题,节省一副模具,缩短了制造周期,节约了模具制造成本十几万。对类似结构制件的成形工艺及糢具设计有一定参考价值。
This paper describes the structure design of a special kind of non-conventional self-made inclined wedge,the design of reverse inverted inclined wedge mechanism,which solves the problem of up and down flanging at the same time in a narrow space,saves a set of dies and shortens the manufacturing cycle,the cost of mould manufacture is saved one hundred thousand.This paper has certain reference value to the forming process plan and die design of the parts with similar structure characteristics.
