摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展,生活方式的改变以及人口老龄化的愈加严重,心肌梗死的发病率和病死率呈现明显的上升趋势,已然成为全世界范围内重大公共卫生问题。相较于其他治疗手段,干细胞移植作为修复梗死心肌的治疗思路越来越受到重视,其主要通过分化心肌细胞、促进血管新生和旁分泌功能三个方面来发挥修复作用,进而达到治疗效果。而中医药具有疗效确切、毒副作用小、多靶点、多环节、多通路的特点,在干细胞的增殖分化、迁移归巢等方面均起到积极作用。通过对干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死种类、机制、输注方式以及中医药干预等方面进行阐述,为相关研究提供参考。
With the rapid development of economy and society,the conspicuous change of life style and the serious aging of population,the incidence and mortality of myocardial infarction rise continuously,becoming a significant public health problem.Compared to other treatments,stem cell transplantation as a new treatment thought for myocardial infarction receives increasing attention.It mainly repairs dead myocardium by differentiating myocardial cell and promoting angiogenesis and paracrine function.TCM has the features of exact effect,small toxic effect,multi-target,multi-link and multi-pathway and plays an active role in the aspect of proliferation and differentiation,migration and homing of stem cells.This review elaborated stem cell transplantation for myocardial infarction in the aspects of types,mechanism,transplantation methods and traditional Chinese medicine researches,providing relevant reference for further study.
