摘要
在基体炭材料配方中添加一定比例的造孔剂、特殊耐磨添加剂,采用等静压成型、浸渍优化等措施,制得一种低电阻率高性能受电弓滑板用浸渍铜合金炭/铜复合材料。测试结果表明,受电弓滑板炭条材料抗折强度可达86~88 MPa,电阻率0.98~2.28μΩ·m,且水平与垂直方向电阻率接近,解决了现在普遍使用的挤压浸铜滑板水平与垂直方向电阻率相差近3倍的问题。此项制备技术有效、可行,有推广价值。
In order to meet the demand of pantograph slide for Fuxing bullet train with speed of 350 km/h and to replace imported materials,a high-performance impregnated carbon-copper alloy composite with low resistivity was prepared.A certain proportion of pore-forming agent and special wear-resisting additive are added in the formula of carbon material matrix.In the production process,cold isostatic pressing and optimized impregnated binary and ternary copper alloys are adopted to ensure the homogeneity of the material.The bending strength of the carbon strip of pantograph slide prepared by this process can reach 86~88 MPa,and the resistivity is 0.98~2.28μΩ·m.The horizontal resistivity and vertical resistivity are close to each other,which can solve the problem that the horizontal and vertical resistivity commonly used extruded copper slides are nearly 3 times different.The material has passed the whole test,showing that the preparation technology is effective,feasible and worthy of popularization.
