偏载荷作用下盾构机主轴承安全性研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对某国产盾构机4.8m主轴承在轴向载荷与倾覆力矩联合作用产生的偏载荷下的安全性进行了研究。根据设计极限作用下的偏载荷与结构设计参数,计算了主推滚子和辅推滚子所受的最大接触载荷与接触应力以及主推和辅推滚子、主推和辅推滚道的安全系数。结果表明:所有的安全系数均符合安全使用要求,但主推滚道和主推滚子的安全系数相对较小,在偏载荷作用下主轴承的失效容易发生在主推滚道和主推滚子上。 The safety of the 4.8mmain bearing of a domestic shield machine under the partial load caused by the combined effect of the axial load and the overturning moment was studied.According to the partial load and structural design parameters under the design limit,the maximum contact load and contact stress of the main and auxiliary thrust rollers,as well as the safety factors of the main and auxiliary thrust rollers,and the main and auxiliary thrust raceway are calculated.The results show that all the safety factors meet the requirements of safe use,but the safety factors of the main thrust raceway and the main thrust roller are relatively small,and the failure of the main bearing under the action of partial load is likely to occur on the main thrust raceway and the main thrust roller.
