摘要
目的观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效。方法将全部46例病例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各23例。对照组予以奥沙利铂、亚叶酸钙、氟尿嘧啶进行化疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方苦参注射液治疗。治疗结束后观察比较两组临床疗效、证候积分、外周血CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)。结果观察组总有效率(86.96%,20/23)明显高于对照组(60.87%,14/23)(P<0.05)。对照组便秘证候积分治疗后明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),其他证候积分治疗后与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组便秘、食欲减退、恶心呕吐的证候积分治疗后明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),其他证候积分治疗后与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组便秘、食欲减退、恶心呕吐的证候积分治疗后明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)各值均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期结肠癌可明显提高临床疗效,改善临床证候,降低化疗不良反应,提高肌体免疫功能。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液)combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colon cancer.Methods All 46 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxaliplatin,calcium folinate and fluorouracil.The observation group was treated with Compound Kushen Injection on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,syndrome score,peripheral blood CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(86.96%,20/23)was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.87%,14/23)(P<0.05).The constipation syndrome score of the control group after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other syndrome scores between before and after treatment(P>0.05).The syndrome scores of constipation,anorexia,nausea and vomiting in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other syndrome scores between before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of constipation,anorexia,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Kushen Injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colon cancer can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,and improve the body immune function.
