摘要
"阴阳之要,阳密乃固",阳气是万事万物之根本,是生命之动力。然而随着现代社会环境及女性生活习性的变迁,耗损阳气因素逐年增加。阳气亏虚,冲任虚寒,固摄无权,阳不摄阴,经血非时而下从而导致崩漏。中医治疗重在治病求本,扶阳的目的在于调衡人体阴阳生理状态,恢复人体阴阳本体结构,从而达到"阴平阳秘"动态平衡。作者整理古今文献,基于"扶阳理论"论述崩漏的因机及治疗,以期为当今临床医者遣方用药治疗崩漏提供理论依据。
"The essence of Yin and Yang is Yang density".Yang is the foundation of everything and is the driving force of life.However,with the changes in the modern social environment and women’s living habits,the factor of Yang consumption has been increasing year by year.However,Yang deficiency,cold and deficiency of Chong and Ren channels,Yin blood spills will also lead to menstrual bleeding.The purpose of Fuyang is to balance the physiological state of the human body,Yin and Yang,and restore the body’s Yin and Yang body structure so as to achieve the Yin and Yang dynamic balance.The author sorted out the ancient and modern literature and analyzed the cause and treatment of uterine bleeding based on the"Fuyang Theory",in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of Yang deficiency and phlegm in clinical clinicians.
