摘要
目的观察脉血康胶囊与华法林联合用药治疗慢性心房颤动(CAF)临床疗效及安全性。方法将我院86例CAF患者随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组患者采用华法林治疗,观察组患者采用脉血康胶囊与华法林联合治疗,比较两组临床疗效、CAF发作频率和持续时间、国际标准化比值(INR)达到2.0~3.0时服药时间和华法林维持用量、不良反应的发生率。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CAF发作频率和持续时间均下降(P<0.05),且观察组CAF发作频率和持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);当两组INR值达到2.0~3.0,观察组服药时间短于对照组,华法林维持剂量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脉血康胶囊联合华法林治疗CAF疗效较好,能显著改善患者临床症状,达到有效的INR时,服药时间缩短,华法林维持剂量减少,可降低不良反应的发生率。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Maixuekang Capsule combined with warfarin on chronic atrial fibrillation(CAF). Methods 86 CAF patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases each. Control group was treated with warfarin,and observation group was treated with Maixuekang Capsule and warfarin.The total effective rate,the frequency and duration of CAF attacks,and the time of taking the medicine when International normalized ratio(INR)reached 2.0~3.0,the maintenance dose of warfarin,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was supieror to control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the frequency and duration of CAF attacks in both groups decreased(P<0.05),observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05);when the INR reached 2.0-3.0 in two groups,observation group took shorter time than control group,and the maintenance dose of warfarin was lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactionsin observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Maixuekang Capsule combined with warfarin has agood effect on patients with CAF,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the medication time when an effective INR was reached,reduce the maintenance dose of warfarin,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
