摘要
近年来,我国金融市场中各类FOF(基金中的基金)的快速发展和广泛应用,正是投资市场发展和投资业专业化分工的表现。本文通过回顾我国金融市场中FOF的发展历程和市场格局,对市场中的FOF进行归类,并对各类FOF的设立动因和优劣势进行分析与对比,认为机构和投资者应该结合各类FOF的特点合理设计和选择FOF产品。
The rapid development and application of various funds of funds(FOFs) in China’s financial market is a manifestation of the development of the investment market and the specialization of the investment industry. This article reviews the development history and market structure of FOFs in China. It also classifies them and compares their investment objectives and advantages and disadvantages. It is suggested that institutions should design FOFs which combine various existing FOF characteristics and investors should select more reasonable FOF products.
