摘要
水电站机组进水口事故闸门对保障设备安全运行有着至关重要的作用。通过对机组进水口事故闸门吊头钢丝绳缠绕故障的分析,采用科学、有效的方法快速解决了故障,确保了发电机组按时投入运行,避免了损失。
The emergency gate at the water inlet of generator units in hydropower stations is of great importance in ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.A wire-rope winding fault in lifting head of the emergency gate in a hydropower station is analyzed.Then,a scientific and effective repairing scheme is proposed and adopted,which solves the problem successfully and quickly.The generator unit is thus put into operation on time and possible loss is avoided.
