摘要
装备的标准化效益主要包括经济效益、社会效益、技术效益和军事效益;文中初步建立了相对科学合理的装备全寿命周期标准化效益分析模型和评价方法,从装备的全寿命周期来分析各个阶段标准化工作所带来的主要效益,提出从作战效能和作战效果两方面分析装备标准化军事效益的方法,可为相关单位的装备标准化效益评价工作提供参考。
Standardization benefit of equipment assessment contains economic benefits,social benefit,technical benefit and military benefit. The module of the computing method of equipment standardization benefit in the whole life cycle is built,the paper emphasized the weight coefficient is vary according to the different stages. The paper analysis military benefit from operational effectiveness and operational effect,and the main benefit of standardization of each phase in the whole life cycle of equipment. The paper provides the reference for the research of equipment standardization benefit for the related enterprise.
