摘要
基于循环经济的发展要求,以某型煤矿重载大齿轮为研究对象,分析了再制造技术特征及发展阶段,对再制造技术中激光熔覆再加工技术进行研究和分析,将激光熔覆再加工技术应用于实际煤矿重载大齿轮激光熔覆再加工修复成形中。研究结果表明:激光熔覆再制造技术具有能量集中、热输入快、热影响小、基体与熔覆层结合区组织致密结合力大、精度高等特性。煤矿重载大齿轮激光熔覆再加工修复成形件具有材料和能耗成本低、性能较优、环境污染小等特性,其符合循环经济发展要求。
Based on the development requirements of circular economy, a certain type of coal mine heavy-duty gear has been taken as the research object, the characteristics and development stages of remanufacturing technology have been analyzed, and the laser cladding reprocessing technology in the remanufacturing technology has been researched and analyzed;the processing technology has been applied to the laser cladding and reprocessing and repairing shaping of heavy-duty big gears in actual coal mines. The research results show that the laser cladding remanufacturing technology has the characteristics of energy concentration, fast heat input, low thermal influence, large bonding force of dense structure in the junction zone of the matrix and the cladding layer high precisio. Laser cladding reprocessing and repairing molded parts of heavy-duty big gears in coal mines have the characteristics of low material and energy consumption costs, better performance, low environmental pollution, which meet the development circular economy requirements.
