摘要
目的探讨中医特色护理联合快速康复外科理念在大肠癌患者围术期中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月至2020年3月我院接诊的62例大肠癌病人作为观察对象,所有病人均接受腹腔镜手术治疗;依照护理方案不同,将观察对象分成对照组与观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取中医特色护理联合快速康复外科理念。对以上两组病人的各项胃肠功能恢复时间(如排气、排便、肠鸣音等)、住院时间、卡氏功能状态评分标准(karnofsky,KPS)以及并发症等情况加以观察。结果观察组病人的各项胃肠功能指标与住院时间等明显低于对照组病人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组病人干预后的KPS评分显著高于本组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的KPS评分比对照组病人高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组病人的并发症发生率(25.8%vs 3.2%)相对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05)。结论对实施手术治疗的大肠癌病人,在其治疗的整个过程中,对其予以两种护理方法相联合的方式即中医特色护理+快速康复外科理念可取得明显的效果,且能促进病人术后的康复,值得大力推广。
Objective To treat the perioperative patients of colorectal cancer with the concept of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation surgery,and to observe and analyze its clinical application. Methods 62 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the observation objects. All patients received laparoscopic surgery. According to the different nursing plans,the observation objects were divided into contrast group and observation group. Contrast group was took routine nursing,and observation group was adopted the philosophy of TCM characteristic nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation surgery. The recovery time of various gastrointestinal functions(such as exhaust,defecation,bowel sounds,etc.),hospital stay,KPS score and complications of the two groups of patients were observed. Results The indexes of gastrointestinal function and hospital stay of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in contrast group(P<0.05). The KPS scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention,with significant difference(P<0.05). The KPS score of observation group after intervention was higher than that of contrast group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). There was significant difference in the incidence of complications(25.8% vs 3.2%)between contrast group and observation group(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with colorectal cancer undergoing surgical treatment,in the whole process of its treatment,the combination of two nursing methods,that is,the characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery,can achieve obvious results and promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,which is worth promoting vigorously.
