摘要
引江济淮工程是一项沟通长江、淮河两大水系的跨流域、跨区域重大战略性水资源配置工程和综合利用工程,其中西淝河线承担着淮北涡河以西和河南省受水区的供水任务。为了使受水区的工农业生产用水和居民生活用水得到保障,以及为了确保泵站群的正常运行,用MIKE11模型建立了一维水力学模型,对西淝河线梯级泵站进行非恒定流数值模拟。分别研究了各泵站间的正/反向响应时间和应急停泵工况下区间水位超出限制范围的最长时间,从而得到了最大调控可允许间隔(响应时间)。在此基础上,分析了响应时间与初始水位的关系,得到了各泵站在停机事故下的最大调控可允许间隔表,并提出了泵站正常运行中的注意事项。分析研究结果具有实用性和借鉴价值,可为工程调控方案的制定提供参考和科学依据。
The Water Diversion Project from Yangtze River to Huaihe River,connecting the Yangtze River and Huaihe River Systems,is a major strategic water resource allocation and comprehensive utilization project of cross basin and cross region.The West Feihe River line is responsible for the water supply of cities in the west of Guohe River in Anhui Province and Henan Province.In order to guarantee the industrial and agricultural production water and domestic water in the water receiving area,and to ensure the normal operation of the pumping station,a one-dimensional hydraulic model is established by the MIKE11 model to simulate the unsteady flow of the multi-stage pumping stations along the West Feihe River line.The forward/backward response time of each pumping station and the allowable response time of interval water level exceeding limit range under condition of accidental pump-stop are studied respectively,so as to calculate the maximum allowable regulation interval(response time).On this basis,the relationship between the response time and the initial water level is analyzed,so a table of the allowable response time under the accidental pump-stop of each pump station is obtained and the precautions in the normal operation of the pump station are put forward.The results are practical and can provide reference and scientific basis for the formulation of engineering regulation scheme.
