摘要
随着中国机械制造业水平的不断提高,数控加工技术快速发展,受到了各行业的广泛关注,促使制造业进入自动化或半自动化阶段。基于此,重点研究数控车床搭载送料机、排屑机以及机械手等设备后在机械加工中的实施和运用,并深入探讨所提自动化设备的优点及其运用取得的实际效果。
With the continuous improvement of the level of China’s machinery manufacturing industry,the rapid development of CNC machining technology has attracted widespread attention from various industries.The manufacturing industry has subsequently entered the stage of automation or semi-automation.Based on this,the focus is on the implementation and application of CNC lathes equipped with feeders,chip conveyors and manipulators in machining,and in-depth discussion of the advantages of this set of automation equipment and the actual effects of its application.
