摘要
通过对比分析不同厂家、相同牌号炭黑在胎侧配方中的应用,探讨了其对胎侧终炼胶及成品性能的影响。结果表明:不同含量的炭黑,伴随着筛余物、加热减量的减少,断裂伸长率等性能得到不同程度的提高,胶料的分散性能提升,胎侧胶料的回弹性上升,成品胎的胎侧屈挠性能得到提升,成品的高速及耐久性能得到不同程度的提升,起到一定的借鉴作用。
By comparing and analyzing the application of different manufacturers and the same brand of carbon black in sidewall formula,the effect of carbon black on the properties of sidewall final compound and finished product was discussed.The results showed that the different purity of carbon black,along with the reduction of sieve residue and heating reduction,the elongation at break and other properties were improved in varying degrees,and the dispersibility of compound was improved,and the resilience of sidewall compound was increased,The results show that the sidewall flexibility of the finished tire is improved,and the high-speed and durability of the finished tire are improved to varying degrees,which can be used for reference.
