摘要
高峰值功率的皮秒激光器在科研和工业生产中有着十分重要的应用,绿光或紫外皮秒激光在脆性材料的加工方面优势更为明显。为了获得适用于工业生产的高功率紫外皮秒激光器,首先通过主振荡功率放大技术,采用多级端面泵浦的Nd:YVO_(4)增益介质对锁模皮秒光纤种子源进行功率放大,运用球差补偿的方法获得功率超过100 W高光束质量的1064 nm基频光输出;然后通过LBO晶体对1064 nm激光进行二倍频和三倍频,获得30.3 W的355 nm激光输出,光光转换效率达到30%,光束质量因子优于1.2。
Picosecond lasers with high peak power have important applications in scientific research and industrial production.Green or UV picosecond lasers have more obvious advantages in brittle materials processing.In order to obtain high power UV picosecond lasers which are suitable for industrial production,the master oscillator power amplification technology based on a mode-locked picosecond fiber seed source is used.The multi-stage end pumped Nd:YVO_(4) gain medium structure is adopted.More than 100 W high beam quality 1064 nm fundamental frequency laser beam is obtained by using the spherical aberration compensation method.Output of 355 nm laser is obtained by using two LBO crystals.The conversion efficiency reaches 30%and the beam quality factor is better than 1.2.
