摘要
返乡乡贤作为现代乡村社会一个特殊群体,因为其拥有经验和技术,通过乡贤的带动有助于推动乡村产业发展。从贵州省黔西南州兴仁市的调研情况来看,乡村产业发展当前仍然存在资金、技术、人才短缺的问题,乡贤的引领与示范作用仍未凸显。因此,必须完善乡贤返乡的相关政策机制,搭建乡贤返乡及引领乡村产业发展的资金技术平台,从而充分发挥乡贤对农村产业的引领助推作用。
As a special group in modern rural society,Returning Rural Sages have special talent,experience and technology,which is of great significance to boost the development of rural industry.According to the investigation of Xingren city in Qianxinan Prefecture of Guizhou Province,there are still problems of shortage of funds,technology and talents in the development of rural industry,and the leading and exemplary role of rural talents has not been highlighted.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the relevant policy mechanism for the return of rural talents,and build a capital and technology platform for the return of rural talents and leading industrial development,so as to give full play to the leading and boosting role of rural talents in rural industry.
